Titled Land Discount
The ‘Titled Land Discount’ offer is available only on contracts signed between 4 September 2024 and 30 October 2024.
The Offer is strictly limited to customers who:
- Sign a new contract and pay a deposit of $1,000 within seven days of issue.
- Present your Certificate of Title (CT) for your specific allotment prior to contract signing. Settlement is not required.
- Do not have an existing signed contract with SA Housing Centre
The land must be clear and accessible with roads, kerbs and services installed. If the Certificate of Title is not available and the land is not accessible with roads, kerbs and service installed, the promotional discount of $15,000 will be added as a contract variation.
The discount value is not redeemable for cash or credit. The $15,000 discount will be applied as a credit on the final quotation.
